    At Smoke Shed, We are Proud to use a Ole Hickory CTO-DW as our main BBQ Pit, that can smoke up to 600lbs of meat at a time. Ole Hickory makes the Cadillac of Smokers, putting out Amazing consistent BBQ every single time. Quality is our main goal, ALWAYS!!!!



    Smoke Shed BBQ sources only the highest quality meats to serve customers. We offers our customers hand selected, hand rubbed (antibiotic-free) barbecued meats in a menu that features our famous Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork, Pork Spare Ribs (Baby Back or St. Louis Style). And, for the Vegetarians and Vegans: “Pulled Jackfruit.”



    At Smoke Shed, our BBQ is always slow smoked, portioned and vacuum sealed to lock in the Flavor and Freshness. Quality BBQ is a process that can’t be rushed; we slow smoke everything to perfection. This process helps break down the fat in the meat and adds a unique smoke flavor. If you ask any Pitmaster, they will tell you that there is nothing better than pulling a piece of meat out of the smoker with a beautiful smoke ring.
